Job summary

Roche Poland is seeking a RDT Resource & Finance Planning Manager for the ASPIRE program to ensure budget and resources are planned, monitored and reported accurately so program and ERP leaders can make informed decisions.

You will own day-to-day resource planning for the ASPIRE RDT function, approve POs and invoices, collaborate with finance partners and track benefits delivered, while adhering to Roche policies and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years IT finance, project or program controlling experience.
• Experience providing transparency of large, multi-year transformation programs or IT portfolios.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern ASPIRE RDT governance: align with finance network and cost structure.
• Approve ASPIRE RDT purchase orders and direct invoices in myBuy and Fieldglass; manage PO lifecycle.
• Act as ASPIRE Airtable planning partner; review and approve resource requests.
• Prepare annual ASPIRE RDT budget and forecasts; track plan vs actual; provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain ASPIRE benefits tracking and SAP cost reduction reporting.
• Support resource planning for program functions with cPMO and finance network.
• Keep financial docs in ARCHIVE per COREMAP and Roche policies.
• Collaborate with ERP leaders, ASPIRE cPMO, and finance partners.
