Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking a top-performing, technical sales professional who understands selling public safety software to prospective customers in central and eastern Europe.

This hunter role targets cities, counties and countries within the territory, leveraging on-site product presentations, online demos, and regional meetings to proactively win new business. A solid grasp of government procurement and multi-level stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Documented Sales Experience closing government contracts.
• 4+ years of public safety sales experience or 8+ years in sales/public safety.
• Sales experience in a technical field or government sales preferred.
• Experience selling Control Room solutions is required.

Responsibilities

• Hunter role responsible for capturing new business in central and eastern Europe.
• Develop customer relationships through calls, visits, demos, and regional user groups.
• Coordinate with cities, counties, and countries on multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Navigate government procurement processes in the region.
