Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Production Planning Team Manager in Poland to lead the planning team, optimize resources, and drive process improvements. The role involves coordinating with Production, Quality, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Commercialization teams to ensure smooth execution and achievement of business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, has at least 3 years in production planning or supply chain, and demonstrates strong leadership and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production planning or supply chain.
• Knowledge of production planning tools and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP ECC and APO preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production planning team, overseeing daily activities and supporting development.
• Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and smooth execution of processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve planning challenges.
• Prepare and present production reports and performance updates to senior management.
