Job summary

Droids On Roids is seeking a Product Owner to join our Product team and help maximise value by turning agreed goals into priorities, decisions and measurable increments. You will connect client and user needs with day-to-day product decisions, ensuring the team understands what it is trying to achieve, why it matters and how success will be evaluated.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect user needs and business goals to clear product decisions.
• Experience defining and monitoring KPIs using product analytics and customer insight.
• Practical use of product discovery, customer research and iterative validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreed goals into an outcome-led roadmap and actionable backlog.
• Decide work order balancing value, outcomes, feasibility, cost and risk.
• Accept, reject, or reshape work within goals and decision rights.
• Define success measures and plan analytics, feedback and validation.
• Make routine product decisions with client and team and escalate when needed.
• Maintain clear product decisions, assumptions, dependencies and scope changes.
