Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of business experience in large, global organizations.
• 8+ years procurement, purchasing, and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong expertise in category management, SRM, and governance.
• Ability to influence across global matrix organizations.
• Business English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve procurement capabilities, tools, templates, and ways of working.
• Own and maintain Category Management, SRM, Strategic Sourcing operating models.
• Serve as SME for global procurement areas and drive process excellence.
• Provide guidance to Global Category Leaders in strategy development and execution.
• Drive adoption of procurement frameworks across programs and measure impact.
• Maintain standard methodologies for supplier management and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed ESG in procurement frameworks.
• Coach teams on procurement frameworks and governance.
• Develop and maintain procurement content and guidance materials.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools.
