Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Buyer to lead category and supplier management with a focus on quantitative analysis using Excel and Power BI. The role supports supplier negotiations, cost modeling, and development of supplier profiles and scorecards.

The successful candidate will engage stakeholders, contribute to NPD for assigned categories, and help drive category-specific pipeline initiatives in a global context.

Formación

• Conduct quantitative analysis using Excel, Power BI, and dashboards.
• Develop category and supplier profiles and present to leadership/stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier scorecards are up to date and maintain accurate information on the supplier.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and cost model development across their category and lead efforts for their assigned sub-categories/suppliers.
• Support New Product Development for assigned sub-categories/suppliers.
• Understand the importance of stakeholder management and begin to engage stakeholders.
• Support the development category specific pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts reliable analysis when requested.
• Supports risk and compliance program management.
• Conducts supply market analysis.
• Executes sourcing and product cycle plan projects independently.
• Demonstrates knowledge of negotiation tools/techniques and apply them regularly when given opportunities.
• Manages sophisticated financial analysis and business cases independently.
• Demonstrates expertise in benchmark and should-cost analyses using competitive intelligence and reports.
• Demonstrates an understanding in the Energizer strategic sourcing process.
