Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable analytics. You will analyze large data sets, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision making across product performance and client behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, CS, IS, or related).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably in Finance/FX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capability.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Experience performing cohort, funnel, segmentation, retention analyses and KPI monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data consumption.
• Knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modeling principles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners/Analysts to understand requirements and support data-driven decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support implementation of data-driven solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to analytics projects related to product performance, client behavior, acquisition funnels, and lifecycle analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks.
• Work with BI team to improve reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and data visualization best practices.
