Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or analytics experience.
• Experience supporting pricing, profitability, discounts, or commercial decisions.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across countries without formal authority.
• Experience in a complex, cross-functional, and matrixed organization.
• Willingness to remain hands-on with analysis, modelling, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Analytics and Insights: analyze pricing performance, profitability, discounts, customer purchasing patterns, and market trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve pricing visibility and commercial decision-making.
• Coordinate pricing governance and approvals across assigned countries.
• Lead pricing projects and automate analytical solutions.
• Support new-product pricing and value-based pricing approaches.
