Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Prague or Warsaw seeks a Senior Manager, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) to lead market access strategies for the Surgery portfolio in Emerging Markets CEE. Location flexibility and full-time contract apply.

You will work with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to craft value messages, develop local HE tools, and drive reimbursement strategies to support market access and funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, public health, economics, healthcare management, epidemiology, outcomes research, or related discipline.
• Solid understanding of HTA and health economics.
• Experience with engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• 5+ years in medical devices, healthcare or pharma or HTA payer setting; Medtech in relevant locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing portfolios.
• Support development of HEMA tools and translate complex messages for sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, clinicians, and government bodies.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and sales to align market access activities with business objectives.
• Provide input into evidence generation and local opportunities for health economic data.
