Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in program or project management and portfolio steering in financial services.
- Ability to challenge programs, business cases, and drive value creation.
- Strong communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience leading arbitrage processes and refining business cases.
Responsibilities
- Steer and optimize your project portfolio to maximize strategic impact and value.
- Monitor portfolio performance focusing on value, delivery, capacity, and risk.
- Lead arbitrage processes with data-driven business-case analysis.
- Represent GBTO ExCo to business lines and challenge/refine business cases.
- Prepare Senior Committees, Business Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews for alignment.
