PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner for Enabling Functions in Poland, based in Warsaw.

You will be a strategic advisor to leaders, shaping the people agenda, enabling organizational effectiveness, and ensuring Poland-specific processes align with global People strategy. You will partner with managers across local and global teams to deliver high-impact people programs and an inclusive, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in HR, business or related field.
Progressive HR business-partnering experience in multinational, matrixed organization.
Experience partnering senior leaders across corporate and enabling functions.
Experience supporting leaders whose reporting lines sit outside local unit.
Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, change leadership and employee relations.
Strong understanding of Polish employment practices for Global/Regional managers.
Fluent Polish and English.

Responsabilités

Define and deliver people priorities aligned with functional objectives and the Poland agenda.
Guide managers on Poland practices, local processes and employee experience.
Partner on end-to-end talent management, pipelines and succession planning.
Coach leaders on objective setting, performance and development planning.
Collaborate on organization design, transformation and workforce planning.
Ensure compliant delivery of People programs and data governance.
Strengthen engagement, wellbeing and One PepsiCo culture.
Build relationships across Global, Regional and Poland leaders.
