Zusammenfassung

HelloKindred in Poland is seeking a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to orchestrate end-to-end B2B partner campaigns across regional and global teams. You will shape narratives, align stakeholders and drive campaign delivery from strategy to measurement, including AI-enabled optimization.

You will work with strategic technology partners and manage investments, translating complex propositions into compelling programs while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within professional services, technology, cloud, business transformation or similarly complex environments.
• Experience in partner/alliance marketing with strong campaign strategy, integrated marketing, content or demand generation.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns end-to-end, not just coordinate.
• Strong strategic marketing capabilities: positioning, messaging, content strategy.
• Ability to orchestrate and hands-on, influence senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on.
• Strong practical understanding of AI to improve marketing workflows, data-driven decisions, efficiency.
• Comfortable working virtually across time zones.
• Consultative, curious and impact-driven with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Drive end-to-end development and activation of integrated B2B partner marketing campaigns from strategy through activation and measurement.
• Shape campaign positioning, narratives, content, and messaging aligned with GTM priorities.
• Act as strategist and hands-on marketer, orchestrating stakeholders and resources.
• Collaborate with regional/global marketing teams, partners and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Translate complex technology and business transformation propositions into compelling marketing programs.
• Manage partner investments and co-funded initiatives, including MDF processes where applicable.
• Use data and insights to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply AI meaningfully within marketing workflows to improve research, insights, reporting, and efficiency.
• Experiment with AI-enabled approaches to scale successful methods across campaigns and partners.
