HelloKindred in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end B2B partner marketing campaigns and shape narratives across teams. You will work across regional and global marketing, technology partners, and creative teams to translate complex AI-enabled transformation propositions into compelling programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within professional services, technology, cloud or business transformation.
• Experience in partner/alliance marketing with strong campaign strategy and integrated marketing capabilities.
• Ability to drive campaigns end-to-end and work with senior stakeholders while delivering hands-on execution.
• Strong marketing mindset with ability to translate complex propositions into compelling campaigns.
• Practical understanding of AI to improve marketing workflows, measurement, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development and activation of integrated B2B partner marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement.
• Shape campaign positioning, narratives, content and messaging aligned with GTM priorities.
• Act as strategist and hands-on marketer, orchestrating stakeholders and resources.
• Collaborate across regional/global marketing teams, partners and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Translate complex technology and AI propositions into marketing programs and content.
• Manage partner investments and co-funded initiatives, including MDF processes.
• Use data and insights to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply AI meaningfully within marketing workflows to improve research, insights, and efficiency.
• Experiment with AI-enabled approaches to scale successful work across campaigns and partners.
