Job summary

Eaton, a global energy-management leader, seeks a Network Planning Manager to steer the integrated supply chain planning across 0-36 months. You will balance demand and supply, set guardrails, manage capacity, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams to meet on-time delivery and customer expectations.

You will lead a team of schedulers and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize inventory, cost, and service levels across value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or MBA/Masters in Supply Chain/Operations or Engineering.
• 8+ years of supply chain management and planning experience.
• Experience in a global or multi-plant industrial company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Network Schedulers/MPS planners across the 0-3 months horizon.
• Manage capacity vs. demand (0-36 months horizon); flag exceptions and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing and procurement to address gaps.
• Oversee replenishment strategy and audit inventory parameters.
• Create the consensus supply plan balancing FG inventory and capacity to meet demand.
• Provide data-driven insights to SIOP meetings and improve cash and service.
