Job summary

Eaton Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Network Planning Manager to lead the integrated planning across 0–36 months, balancing demand and supply for the value stream and delivering actionable insights on risk.

You will manage a team of network schedulers and collaborate with buyers, material planners and order managers to ensure on-time, in-full fulfillment, while driving improvements in inventory policy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or MBA/Masters in Supply Chain/Operations or Engineering.
• 8+ years of supply chain management and planning experience.
• Proven leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with multi-plant manufacturing and global logistics.
• Familiarity with advanced planning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Network Schedulers/MPS planners across 0–3 month horizon.
• Balance demand and supply across 0–36 months, flag risks and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing and procurement to address capacity gaps.
• Develop consensus supply plan balancing inventory and capacity to meet on-time demand.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in cash, cost, and service.
