You will draft functional and non‑functional specifications, document current processes, design new workflows with BPMN, and lead client workshops to ensure clarity and alignment with IT teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst on IT projects using Oracle APEX.
• Proven ability to gather data, interview stakeholders and formulate business requirements.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML, Oracle APEX, and Sparx EA.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT projects as a business analyst.
• Define problems and needs at a business level.
• Gather, agree and analyse business requirements; propose solutions.
• Draft specifications for functional and non-functional requirements; ensure quality.
• Document existing processes; propose modifications and design new processes using BPMN.
• Propose and consult on business solutions with clients and implementers.
• Perform analytical work during design, development and testing of IT systems.
