Hiberus in Wrocław is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join IT projects. You will define business problems, gather requirements, and develop recommendations for practical solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.

You will draft functional and non‑functional specifications, document current processes, design new workflows with BPMN, and lead client workshops to ensure clarity and alignment with IT teams.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst on IT projects using Oracle APEX.
• Proven ability to gather data, interview stakeholders and formulate business requirements.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML, Oracle APEX, and Sparx EA.

Descripción del empleo

• Participation in IT projects as a business analyst
• Defining problems and needs at a business level
• Gathering, agreeing and analysing business requirements, and developing recommendations for business solutions
• Drafting specifications for functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring their quality and consistency
• Documenting existing processes, preparing proposals for their modification, and designing new processes based on BPMN notation
• Proposing and consulting on business solutions with clients and those responsible for implementing the defined requirements
• Carrying out analytical work during the design, development and testing phases of IT systems
• Conducting workshop meetings with clients.

Experience required

• At least 3 years’ experience as a business analyst on IT projects utilising Oracle APEX technology
• Skills: conducting interviews and gathering data to gain insights into the business client’s domain and formulate business requirements; data analysis; creating business models; in-depth analysis of business problems; clear communication with representatives of business and IT teams; presenting analysis results and recommendations to a diverse audience.
• Knowledge of: BPMN and UML notation, Oracle APEX solution mechanisms, issues relating to the gathering of business requirements for IT projects, business environment and process modelling, and software engineering using Sparx Enterprise Architect.

Nice to have:

• Proven annual experience in business analysis for banking projects.
• Experience in business analysis in the field of AI
