Job summary

AppRecode, Inc. in Krakow is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own the data side of strategic initiatives, connecting ERP and MI data sources, establishing baselines, and delivering repeatable analyses for executive reviews.

You will work with Business Analysts, create actionable visuals in Power BI or Tableau, and present clear insights to senior stakeholders. Fluent English and in-office presence in Krakow three days a week are required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data analysis: querying, joining, and cleaning data from enterprise sources (SQL).
• Experience with ERP data and MI data warehouses (budgets, forecasts, spend).
• Ability to turn data into clear insight for senior, non-technical readers.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytic sandbox and connect sources (ERP/MI) for each initiative.
• Set baselines for data across initiatives to ensure consistent facts.
• Run standard queries and create reusable assets to support decisions in war-room sessions.
