Job summary

A Senior Technical Program Manager at Akamai Technologies GmbH will drive strategic information security programs within the InfoSec PMO, coordinating across compliance, security engineering, threat and vulnerability management, and product security. Qualifications

• Have extensive experience leading complex technical projects/programs.
• Possess hands-on knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Traditional PMI methods).
• Demonstrate ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders with compassion and candor.
• Have a successful track record of stakeholder management, including executive level stakeholders.
• Have exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority.
• Be fluent in English.

• Planning, coordinating, communicating, and delivering critical projects accurately and on time
• Driving definition of project scope, requirements, objectives, and milestones, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Partnering with stakeholders and project teams to plan projects and ensure they stay on track
• Working with project teams to identify and evaluate project risks and issues
• Demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication alongside with listening skills to ensure clarity, trust, and well-coordinated project execution.
• Learning and operating within InfoSec PMO frameworks and processes
