The Program enables the success of our global partner ecosystem. We are helping partners drive business growth while accelerating Akamai's go-to-market objectives. You will help to shape, manage, and optimize partner programs for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).

Help us achieve our goals

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving Akamai's programs for MSSPs and GSIs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution. You will lead initiatives that enhance program scalability, partner engagement, partner enablement, and operational efficiency.

As a Channel Programs & Operations Manager II, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and improve existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.
  • Leading new initiatives from inception to execution, driving operational improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Coordinating and execute partner enablement strategies, ensuring MSSPs and GSIs have the necessary training, resources, and tools to successfully sell and deliver Akamai solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities.
  • Working cross-functionally to define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Tracking and analyzing program performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting partner engagement efforts, helping to drive adoption, incentives, and participation in key programs.
  • Defining and execute change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and programs.
