Job summary

Woodward in Niepołomice, Poland, seeks a proactive procurement professional to manage supplier relationships and drive cost-effective purchasing. You will process POs, track inventory, and collaborate across ERP, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
English and Polish language skills required.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
Experience with procurement processes, purchase orders, and inventory management.
Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable supply and on-time delivery.
Prepare, process and track purchase orders with necessary approvals.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Support cost analysis and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
Maintain accurate procurement records in the system.
Coordinate with ERP, operations, and logistics to support material flow.
Identify supply chain issues and implement practical solutions.
