Job summary

ABB's Finance Data & Enterprise Architecture Lead role shapes the target operating model and data foundation for a future-ready Finance function. You will collaborate with GPOs across R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury, Tax, Performance and A2M to challenge processes, drive data governance, and align technology with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience spanning Finance transformation, process design, and data/enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in core Finance processes such as R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury, Tax, Performance and Financial Management, and A2M.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale Finance Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and data platforms.
• Ability to bridge Finance and Technology with IT and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Finance Target Operating Model with GPOs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define Finance Data & Technology Foundation including SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, Kyriba, and planning tools.
• Lead Data Architecture: Finance Data Lake, data models, governance and integration.
• Drive standardisation and integration across Finance processes and systems.
• Translate vision into an executable roadmap with priorities and investments.
• Enable analytics, AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, and future-capable Finance processes.
• Lead a small core team and orchestrate delivery across Finance, IT and business.
