Job summary

Imperial Brands is seeking an experienced Key Factory Planning Subject Matter Expert to guide production planning, address capacity challenges, and manage operational risks. You will work with manufacturing, operations and site leadership to evaluate planning scenarios and drive improvements that balance service, cost, inventory and performance.

You will help develop planning standards, performance metrics and business continuity plans, while promoting best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Fluent English communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and factory operations.
Experience building planning scenarios and communicating trade-offs.
Governance discipline with templates, logs and pack quality; stakeholder management.
Lean/Six Sigma and/or PMP/PRINCE2 certification and analytics skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the key escalation point for factory planning risks and decision support.
Govern planning performance, standards, and KPI governance.
Assess capacity, supply and BCP scenarios and quantify impacts.
Drive planning excellence by identifying root causes and sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with Operations and Factory leaders to manage constraints and mitigation plans.
