Job summary

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking an experienced Key Factory Planning Subject Matter Expert to provide expert guidance on production planning, capacity challenges and operation risks at our manufacturing site in Warsaw. You will balance service, cost, inventory and performance while collaborating with site leadership and operations teams to evaluate scenarios and drive improvements.

The role requires strong manufacturing planning knowledge, English communication, and the ability to build robust

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
Strong English communication skills.
Strong manufacturing planning and factory operations knowledge.
Scenario building and trade-off communication.
Governance discipline (templates, logs, pack quality) and stakeholder management.
Lean/Six Sigma and/or project/programme management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) and advanced analytics/reporting skills (Power BI/SQL/Excel modelling) would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

Act as the key escalation point for factory planning risks, scenarios and decision support.
Govern planning performance and compliance, ensuring standards, stability and action closure.
Assess capacity, supply and BCP scenarios, quantifying service, cost and inventory impacts.
Drive planning excellence, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable improvements.
Support planning standards and KPI governance, leveraging factory learnings and performance insights.
Partner with Operations and Factory leaders to manage constraints, risks and mitigation plans.
