Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Summarize product feedback from customer meetings.
• Serve as the main contact for customers and advocate internally.
• Monitor customer health and develop success plans.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Manage multiple accounts for customer satisfaction.
