Job summary

Experis Manpower Group seeks an experienced Portfolio & Program Manager to support the operational management of a multi-product Data & AI portfolio. You will work with product, technology, and business leaders to drive planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating portfolio planning, leading governance forums, tracking RAID, enabling delivery teams, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO, or Delivery Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with portfolio governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Fluent English.
• Nice to Have Experience within Data & AI, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio planning and execution across multiple products and teams.
• Lead recurring governance forums, portfolio reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Track actions, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Support delivery teams by removing blockers and driving alignment across functions.
• Manage portfolio communications, reporting, and updates for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand business needs and priorities.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Support the maintenance and operational readiness of project environments when required.
• Occasionally travel internationally to support portfolio activities.
