Job summary

Jabil seeks a Business Unit Manager (f/m) to join the plant strategic leadership team. You will establish and manage customer relationships, aim for organic revenue growth, and take full P&L responsibility for a single site.

You will lead the workcell and direct reports while overseeing pricing and continuous improvement of customer metrics. You will drive the QBR process, support RFPs for accounts, and ensure strategic objectives are achieved with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain and operations.
• Familiarity with Jabil tools and processes (finance system, quotes).
• Contract knowledge fundamentals and pricing basics.

Responsibilities

• Member of the plant strategic leadership team.
• Establishes and manages current customer relationships and drives revenue growth.
• Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
• Owns the customer/site P&L for a single site.
• Leads RFP processes for assigned accounts.
• Leads workcell and is accountable for operational and financial performance.
• Manages direct reports and their development.
• Drives pricing, productivity, and customer relationship metrics.
• Manages Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with customers.
