Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the Lean & Operational Excellence Applications portfolio. You will oversee ~30 applications, manage incidents, releases, and compliance, and coordinate both internal teams and external partners globally.

The role requires strong ITIL practice, 6–8 years in IT delivery, and leadership experience within a manufacturing environment; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 6–8 years in IT application delivery with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day IT delivery for the Lean & Operational Excellence applications portfolio.
• Monitor the tower’s ticket queue and weekly delivery reporting; drive root‑cause resolution.
• Own change and release coordination for the tower’s applications.
• Ensure stability, performance, availability and compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Plan and execute application lifecycle work (upgrades, patching, retirement).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define enhancement demand and costed work packages.
• Lead internal team and manage external resources; ensure scope, timeline and quality.
