Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to drive business and system analysis for banking applications, focusing on front-end and back-end changes within a new modular architecture. The role requires collaboration with business units, developers, and testers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in banking IT projects, strong UML/BPMN skills, and experience with Enterprise Architect, REST, Kafka and WSO2. Polish presence is required in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis in banking
• Ability to create and read UML, BPMN models
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2)
• Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector
• Higher education in computer science or related field
• Required presence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business and system analysis for banking applications
• Collaboration with business units to define business requirements
• Gathering and analyzing requirements as well as preparing and validating user stories
• Cooperation with stakeholders, developers, and testers regarding application development and quality assurance
• Coordination of tasks between IT teams concerning implemented functionality
• Modeling functionality (UML or BPMN) according to the adopted standard
• Maintaining functional documentation of implemented deployments
• Working with the team backlog
• Supporting applications in the test environment
