Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis.
• Ability to create and read UML, BPMN models.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2).
• Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Fluent Polish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business and system analysis for banking applications.
• Collaboration with business units to define business requirements.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements as well as preparing and validating user stories.
• Cooperation with stakeholders, developers, and testers regarding application development and quality assurance.
• Coordination of tasks between IT teams concerning implemented functionality.
