Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying GenAI-powered applications.
• Strong AI engineering fundamentals distinct from traditional ML.
• Hands-on prompting, few-shot/zero-shot learning, and defensive prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade applications using foundation models to empower Finance & Accounting teams.
• Develop robust evaluation methodologies for open-ended AI systems including AI-as-a-judge approaches.
• Apply model adaptation techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning for financial use cases.
• Create and manage training datasets and data pipelines for model training and fine-tuning.
• Build and deploy AI agents that automate complex financial workflows and integrate with tools.
• Optimize AI applications for lower latency and cost while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address CFO office challenges with AI-powered solutions.
