Job summary

Nationale-Nederlanden Poland seeks an AI Lead in Warsaw to translate AI ambition into measurable value for customers and the business. You will shape how NN Poland selects, builds and scales responsible AI solutions, helping teams move from ideas to production-ready outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will lead NN Poland's AI Enablement Team, drive Data & AI strategy, governance and harmonised delivery across the organization, focusing on value, safety and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data, AI, technology or digital transformation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Led cross-functional AI or Data & AI initiatives and can align business, technology and governance stakeholders around clear priorities and decisions.
• Understand practical AI/ML, generative AI and agentic AI, including architecture, cloud and data platforms, MLOps/LLMOps and the challenges of moving solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and operationalise NN Poland's Data & AI strategy, roadmap and operating model, aligned with business priorities and Group standards.
• Lead the AI Enablement Team, by setting delivery priorities, allocating resources and developing AI engineering, AI architecture and AI solution delivery capabilities
• Manage the AI CoE budget and recommend investments in people, platforms, tools, vendors and initiatives to maximise value and cost efficiency.
• Define and approve reusable AI/ML architecture patterns, delivery standards and governance requirements, working closely with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Data Governance.
• Lead the evaluation of AI opportunities and initiatives, helping business and technology stakeholders assess value, feasibility, cost, risk and strategic alignment
• Drive AI incubation, experimentation and adoption by evaluating AI technologies, assessing data readiness, technical feasibility and supporting PoC/PoV delivery
