Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw seeks a forward-thinking AI & Data Solutions Senior Manager to lead data and AI initiatives across Europe. You will connect commercial strategy with technology, delivering scalable data products on Databricks foundations and leveraging Claude Code/Cowork to generate business insights for sales and marketing.

The role requires strong commercial experience, cloud data platform expertise, and stakeholder engagement to translate business needs into actionable AI

Qualifications

Degree in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.
Proficiency with Claude Code or Claude Cowork to deliver analytics solutions.
Commercial pharma experience is an asset.
Strong SQL and data fluency.
Experience delivering data solutions on cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS, Snowflake).
Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to apply data and AI to commercial challenges.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data/AI solutions.
Use Claude Code/Cowork to build insights on data foundations and production outputs.
Promote AI/GenAI capabilities to elevate maturity.
Monitor deployed solutions and drive continuous improvements.
Build relationships with commercial stakeholders as trusted data/tech partner.
