Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw seeks a commercially minded AI & Data Solutions Senior Manager to leverage Databricks foundations and Claude Code/Cowork for AI-driven insights supporting Europe sales and marketing.

You will translate business needs into scalable data products, partnering with commercial teams, driving end-to-end delivery, and promoting GenAI capabilities to increase decision quality and business impact.

Qualifications

Degree in CS/DS/DE/IS/Business/Life Sciences or related field.
Proficiency using Claude Code and Claude Cowork for analytics on data foundations.
Commercial pharma or related sector experience is a plus.
Software development or data engineering background with strong SQL.
Hands-on on Databricks, AWS, Snowflake to build scalable data products.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working across cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities to apply data & AI to commercial challenges.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and own end-to-end delivery of data & AI solutions.
Use Claude Code and Claude Cowork to deliver business insights on data foundations, from exploration to production.
Promote adoption of AI & GenAI capabilities to elevate maturity.
Monitor performance of deployed solutions and drive enhancements for impact.
Build relationships with commercial stakeholders as a trusted data/tech partner.
