Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Strategic Accounts function across the UK and Europe. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage key customer contracts, and ensure delivery excellence while driving compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with Sales to expand opportunities and secure successful contract outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of HS&E standards and RAMS.
• Familiarity with NEC3/4 or JCT contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team and set clear KPIs/SLAs.
• Lead delivery of Strategic Accounts projects with strong commercial oversight.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales to grow opportunities and manage customer contracts.
