Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Project Manager to lead fire safety improvements across a diverse residential property portfolio. The role reports to the Head of Asset Investment and Programmes, focusing on ensuring compliance, managing major remediation projects, and providing technical guidance on building safety.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification in fire safety, building safety, construction, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex fire safety projects and programmes.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee fire safety major works and remediation programmes.
• Manage external consultants, Employer's Agents, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Carry out fire safety surveys, inspections, and QA checks across residential properties.
• Provide technical advice on fire safety and building compliance.
• Support HRBs and building safety obligations.
• Ensure FRA and other reports recommendations are implemented.
• Monitor contractor performance, costs, programme delivery and quality.
• Manage project budgets, valuations, variations and financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance and asset management records.
• Stay updated with fire safety legislation and best practices.
• Collaborate with property management to reduce building safety risks.
• Occasionally attend sites outside normal hours in emergencies.
