Job summary

Swarovski, a world-renowned luxury brand, is seeking a Store Manager in Łódź to lead a passionate team and deliver an inspiring customer experience. You will attract and nurture a loyal customer base while upholding the brand’s values of excellence and craftsmanship.

You will recruit, coach and empower your team, drive service and sales targets, and seize opportunities to grow the business. This role requires experience in luxury retail, strong leadership, digital savvy, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multi-cultural retail environment.
• Experience in luxury, fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Digital literacy and proficiency with modern retail tech.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including English.
