Job summary

ABB invites you to join a dynamic, global team in Łódź, Poland, to support statutory accounting, financial statements, and audit processes for less complex entities. You will work under the Statutory Compliance Manager, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution of statutory audits with stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong Excel and analytical skills, a solid accounting background, and English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an audit department or 3–4 years in a finance/accounting function (GL/R2R/Statutory Accounting)
• Fluent in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Good understanding of audit procedures and ability to communicate in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Willing to work in Poland with valid visa or work permit

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for less complex entities
• Plan and support audits for less complex entities, coordinating with stakeholders
• Identify statutory adjustments and bridge to statutory financial statements
• Support statutory accounts reconciliation and assist more senior colleagues with audits of complex entities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings and ensure timely delivery
