Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Statutory Reporting Manager to lead the statutory reporting function across designated regions. The role focuses on delivering timely financial statements, coordinating external audits, and driving continuous improvements in controls and processes.

You will oversee the team, collaborate with finance and legal entities, and ensure adherence to evolving statutory requirements and filing deadlines. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA/ACCA or similar designation is a plus.
• At least 8 years in accounting and finance, preferably multinational.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements for assigned regions per requirements, including audit support.
• Lead and review team activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support execution of the Statutory Reporting plan with the Lead.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting and controls.
• Identify and resolve reporting issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and legal entities to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor legislative developments to ensure compliance and deadlines.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate reporting outcomes.
