Job summary

Red Sky is seeking an Executive Recruiter who specializes in identifying, attracting, and closing elite C-level talent for startups. You will act as Red Sky's internal boutique executive search firm, leading confidential searches for CEO, CTO, CPO, and co-founders across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive search / headhunting for C-level, VP, or founder placements in tech/digital/SaaS.
• VC/PE exposure or close work with VC funds, accelerators, or high-growth tech ecosystems.
• Strong business acumen: understanding startup fundraising, scaling, ARR, runway, cap table, dilution, Series A.
• Masterful negotiation & discretion with proven ability to close complex executive offers including equity.
• Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken, for communication with international investors and executives.

• Lead confidential, high-stakes executive searches for C-level roles across the portfolio.
• Proactively build and nurture an exclusive global network of entrepreneurs and tech leaders.
• Conduct deep competency and cultural-fit interviews to assess risk tolerance and entrepreneurial drive.
