Job summary

PepsiCo Poland is seeking a Lean Deployment Leader to facilitate and deliver the site’s Lean vision and strategy. You will coach leadership, develop coaches, and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive productivity improvements with governance and planning.

The role requires extensive experience in Lean, change management, and program leadership, with strong communication across all organizational levels. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching the leadership team to achieve Lean maturity progression.
  • Developing others’ capability and training basic coaches.
  • Using PBAS to evaluate and report behaviours.
  • Coaching in weekly and periodic meetings to improve standards.
  • Supporting Lean specialists toward certification.
  • Facilitating annual/quarterly site strategy reviews.
  • Leading Deployment, Planning and Evaluation events.
  • Developing Leadership standard work for daily/weekly/monthly activities.
  • Developing and cascading the site annual activities and comms plan.
  • Developing and implementing site communications strategy.
  • Using prioritization tools including Benefit and Effort and the problem solving tools (5 Whys, A3s).
  • Collaborating with Lean Six Sigma resources for productivity ideation.
  • Delivering improvement projects via QCDM with DMAIC to achieve savings.

The Opportunity

To facilitate and support the development and the delivery of the site’s vision and strategy.

To lead the agenda for Lean deployment and managing priorities aligned to the Vision and Strategy whilst also have strong governance.

To create leadership capability through effective training and coaching in all aspects of Lean deployment working towards increasing sites Lean maturity level.

Responsibilities
  • A key member of the site management team coaching the leadership team & site basic coaches to achieve Lean maturity progression.
  • This will involve:
  • Deeply understanding the Lean Framework and developing others capability
  • Identifying, recruiting, training and coaching basic coaches
  • Using PBAS to evaluating and reporting on the behaviours
  • Coaching in the weekly and period meetings to improve the standards
  • Coaching Site Leadership Team in their high impact moments
  • To support all Lean specialists (PSS, SWS and BCs) to build their capability towards certification
  • Facilitate the site leadership team to review and refresh the site strategy on an annual, quarterly basis
  • Facilitate and support the site to lead a Deployment, Planning and Evaluation (DPE) event annually
  • Support and coach the development of each leader in the use of Leadership standard work for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
  • Facilitate the development and cascade of the site annual activities and communication plan
  • Develop and implement site communications strategy
  • Support and coach the leadership team in the use of prioritization tools including Benefit and Effort and the problem solving tools (incl 5 Whys and various A3’s) in the appropriate QCDM forums
  • Working closely with the site’s lean six sigma resource to support the site in productivity ideation through the site standard meeting forums
  • Deliver improvement projects through QCDM process utilizing LSS/DMAIC approach achieving Green belt savings per year on year
Qualifications

  • Experience in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies at Green Belt level
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles and their practical application in an operational environment
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to senior leadership
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain (SC) processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop short- and long-term recommendations based on available data
  • Proven experience in program management, including governance and effective change implementation
  • Excellent influencing and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with both peers and senior leaders
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 160,700 PLN annually (gross)
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility
