The Opportunity
To facilitate and support the development and the delivery of the site’s vision and strategy.
To lead the agenda for Lean deployment and managing priorities aligned to the Vision and Strategy whilst also have strong governance.
To create leadership capability through effective training and coaching in all aspects of Lean deployment working towards increasing sites Lean maturity level.
A key member of the site management team coaching the leadership team & site basic coaches to achieve Lean maturity progression.
This will involve:
Who Are We Looking For?
Ability to facilitate workshops and events in a way that enables teams to make the most of their potential
Ability to coach others during High Impact Moments
Experience in designing, developing and delivering training tailored to the needs of individuals or groups
Ability to drive change by engaging and developing others
Ability to influence workplace culture and support cultural change
Knowledge and experience with Lean tools and methodologies aligned with the PepsiCo framework
Experience in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies at Green Belt level
Strong understanding of Lean principles and their practical application in an operational environment
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to senior leadership
Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain (SC) processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop short- and long-term recommendations based on available data
Proven experience in program management, including governance and effective change implementation
Excellent influencing and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with both peers and senior leaders
