Job summary

InPost in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an experienced engineering leader to mentor a team of engineers and drive large-scale, cloud-native initiatives from concept to production.

You will own delivery, shape architecture, coach staff, and partner with Product Managers in a fast-growing, international environment while applying modern practices and AI-enabled productivity.

Fluency in English (B2+) and strong Java expertise are required for this role, with a focus on ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in containerised cloud-native environments (GCP/AWS).

Job Description

Your role:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Cloud certifications.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Exposure to security, compliance, or enterprise environments.
