Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up in Poland, creating core fintech components at scale and an AI-native engineering team.

The mission includes establishing model governance for credit-scoring, feature-store integration, and agentic model iteration with monitoring. We seek senior staff who mentor and lead ML engineers while delivering production-grade AI in a hybrid, Warsaw/Kraków-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ML engineering in production systems.
• 3+ years in credit-scoring or risk modelling in ML on Spark/Databricks.
• Expert in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch).
• Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Set modelling standards for credit-scoring and MCA models across the platform.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle: features, training, validation, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define production-ready features from the feature store.
• Architect agentic harnesses, loops and graphs for reliable, observable AI with cost control.
