Google Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer for the GKE Agentic Experience team. You will shape AI-driven interfaces and workflows, lead full-stack design and deployment, and mentor engineers across teams.

Expect ownership, collaboration with product, and influence on architectural decisions. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in full-stack development, experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes, and proficiency in Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, Angular, and React.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in full-stack software development including designing, building, and maintaining applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration such as Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of robust, scalable full-stack systems for AI-powered agentic experiences in the GKE ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define and implement features and UIs.
• Drive technical decisions and best practices for building and productionizing applications using Go, Java, TypeScript, Angular, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
• Engage with AI advances and agentic frameworks to identify opportunities and solve complex challenges.
