Job summary

Google Warsaw, Poland; London, UK is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Home and Health. You will own architecture for large-scale backend systems, lead cross-functional teams, and drive technical direction across multiple projects.

Required: at least 8 years in software eng, strong backend and data processing expertise, and proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments. Polish market compensation details include PLN salaries with substantial bonus and equity.

• Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
• Experience managing complex authentication systems, token handling, and legacy user migrations.
• Deep domain expertise in health data systems, data reconciliation, and wearable device integrations.
• Strong background in developing and optimizing automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity tools.
