Job summary

Stryker is expanding its engineering organization at the greenfield site in Skawina, Poland. The role involves coordinating construction and environmental permitting projects, and supervising infrastructure initiatives to support regulatory compliance and growth.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance teams, prepare technical documentation, and provide design support. Proficiency in AutoCAD and English is required for technical communication and documentation review.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in mechanical, HVAC or sanitary engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD) and ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good command of English for reading technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance teams on construction and environmental permitting projects.
• Supervise infrastructure projects and prepare technical documentation for construction and permitting.
• Provide technical advice to support design concepts and development of concepts.
• Conduct internal acceptance of completed construction work; select suppliers/subcontractors for construction projects; execute SAP orders.
• Attend audits (ISO 13485) and supervise field works from architectural and construction sides.

Join Stryker’s growing engineering organization and play a key role in the continued development of our greenfield manufacturing site in Skawina. In this position, you will help deliver critical infrastructure and construction projects that support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and future business growth.

What will you do?

Collaborate with all the engineering, quality and maintenance project teams on construction, building and environmental permitting projects, Supervise the implementation infrastructure projects, Prepare technical documentation as well as documents needed for construction, and environmental projects and obtaining relevant permits, Provide technical advice - supporting the engineering team in the development of design concepts, Conduct internal acceptance of completed construction work, Participate in the selection process of suppliers and subcontractors for construction projects, execution of orders in SAP, Supervise performed works from the architectural and construction side, Validate infrastructure projects and equipment Attend audits (incl. ISO 13485)

What do you need?

Higher technical education in mechanical, HVAC, sanitary engineering or related fields. Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position. Good command of English, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in a professional environment. Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation, electrical schematics, automation diagrams, and technical drawings. Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD.

Work Flexibility

• Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
• Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
• Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
• Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
