Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Poland invites qualified personnel for Staff Assistance Services Movements in Logistics Section, located in Bydgoszcz.

NATO Secret clearance is required; reference RFQ NCISG-0018 / Bydgoszcz. You will coordinate movements of personnel and cargo, develop battalion movement plans, and support deployment operations. The role requires experience in movement planning, mobility and logistics infrastructure, with desirable NATO environment exposure and LOGFAS course

Qualifications

• Experience planning, routing, scheduling and control of personnel and cargo movements.
• Familiarity with deployment, sustainment and re-deployment of NATO forces.
• Understanding mobility, transportation, infrastructure, movement control and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop battalion movement plans and coordinate movement activities for subordinate deployable units.
• Assist in preparation and issuance of plans and orders for battalion deployments, operations, and exercises.
• Coordinate implementation of future movement requirements.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Experience in planning, routing, scheduling and control of personnel and cargo movements over lines of communication ;


• Knowledge of the infrastructure, organizations, facilities and equipment necessary for the deployment, sustainment and re-deployment of NATO forces during mission execution ;


• Understanding of mobility, transportation, infrastructure, movement control and support functions.

Desirable:

• Experience in NATO working environment or other international organizations ;


• Course LOGFAS A0252 movement execution and coordination manager ;


• Course LOGFAS A0225 operational movement planning .

Duties/role:

• Developing Battalion (Bn) movement plans and coordinating movement activities for subordinate deployable organizations ;


• Assisting in the preparation and issuance of plans and orders for Battalion deployments, operations, and exercises ;


• Coordinating the implementation of future movement requirements.
