Job summary

AUTODOC — цифровая платформа для продажи запчастей на рынке Европы приглашает опытного SRE/DevOps инженера. Ваша задача — поддержка и развитие облачной инфраструктуры, внедрение SRE/DevOps практик, формирование CI/CD процессов и PoC-проектов.

Роль предполагает участие в дежурствах и создание архитектурно устойчивых решений. Требуется 3+ года в SRE/DevOps, знание Kubernetes (GKE по возможности), опыт в CI/CD и IaC, владение bash/Python, знание английского языка.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта SRE/DevOps инженером
• Опыт работы с контейнеризацией и оркестрацией
• Kubernetes обязателен, GKE желательно
• Опыт CI/CD, IaC и gitOps
• Знание хотя бы одного gitOps инструмента
• FluxCD предпочтителен
• Опыт работы в облачных инфраструктурах
• GCP желательно
• Навыки исследования и устранения неполадок
• Администрирование PostgreSQL, MySQL и ClickHouse
• Опыт развёртывания и поддержки распределённых высоконагруженных систем
• Опыт разработки механизмов отказоустойчивости
• Опыт настройки мониторинга
• Grafana и VictoriaMetrics — желательно
• Скрипты: bash, Python
• Разговорный английский

Responsibilities

• Выполнять роль единого контактного лица для разработчиков в домене SRE/DevOps
• Поддерживать и развивать облачную инфраструктуру для высокой доступности
• Внедрять практики SRE/DevOps в цикл разработки, от архитектуры до развёртывания
• Разрабатывать инфраструктурные инструменты и PoC-проекты
• Сотрудничать с командой автоматизации для сборки CI/CD пайплайнов
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать метрики качества (SLIs/SLOs) и документацию
• Присоединяться к дежурному графику для обеспечения стабильности сервисов

AUTODOC is a digital-first e-commerce platform for the automotive aftermarket, serving markets across 27 European countries.

Задачи:

• Act as the primary point of contact for developers within the domain, handling service-related queries and managing SRE-specific tasks
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability
• Integrate SRE/DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle, from architecture planning to deployment
• Research, develop, and implement infrastructure tools, and conduct PoC projects
• Partner with the Automation team to build CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows
• Participate in developing quality metrics (SLIs/SLOs) and maintain project documentation
• Join the on-call rotation to ensure the stability of mission-critical services

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience as an SRE/DevOps Engineer
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
• Kubernetes is required and GKE is preferred
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, IaC, and gitOps
• Knowledge of at least one gitOps tool
• FluxCD is preferred
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• GCP is preferred
• Research and troubleshooting skills
• Experience administering and tuning PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ClickHouse
• Experience deploying and maintaining distributed high-load systems
• Experience developing fault-tolerance mechanisms, including clustering, replication, and scaling approaches
• Experience configuring monitoring solutions
• Grafana and VictoriaMetric operator are preferred
• Scripting skills
• bash and python are preferred
• Spoken English

Nice to have:

• configuring logging/tracing solutions including the open telemetry stack, ViktoriaLogs, Grafana Loki, and Grafana Tempo
• maintaining and scaling Elasticsearch
• proficiency with Kafka and RabbitMQ
• proficiency with GitlabCI
• developing, maintaining, and refactoring complex Helm charts
• migrating applications to Kubernetes
• understanding Linux-like OS processes
