A leading travel technology company is seeking a talented Senior Software Systems Engineer to support its Customer Identity and Access Solutions team in Poland, Województwo małopolskie. This hybrid role involves designing and building services and applications for customer security, using technologies such as Java, Spring and cloud services. Candidates should have strong qualifications in software development, including API development and TDD practices. Responsibilities

• Design and build moderately complex services, components, and integrations; write clean, testable code.
• Own quality via unit/integration tests, code reviews, and CI/CD; practice TDD where practical.
• Operate what you build: participate in deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and partner teams to refine requirements and deliver iteratively.
• Implement secure coding practices and follow internal guidance on identity, access, and data protection.
• Continuously improve tooling, processes, and documentation; contribute to standards and best practices.
